This optional free call is a chance for us to chat about your health goals and what you’re looking to achieve. I’ll answer your questions, explain how I can help, and recommend the best plan for your needs. Already know what you want? Send your inquiry, and I’ll get back to you ASAP!

02. PACKAGE SELECTION

I offer different packages tailored to your goals and budget. We'll discuss the options available and choose the best package for you during our free discovery call, which may include ongoing consultations, personalized meal planning, personalized detox list or private coaching sessions.

03. NUTRITION CONSULTATION SESSIONS

Once we’ve selected your package, we’ll start your personalized sessions. You’ll receive tailored meal plans, expert dietary guidance, and continuous support to help you build healthy habits and reach your goals.

04. FOLLOW-UP & MONITORING

Ongoing support is key to long-term success! We’ll schedule follow-ups to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and keep you motivated so you can stay on course and feel your best.

I tailor my approach to fit your unique lifestyle and goals, whether you want to lose weight, improve digestion, boost energy, or simply be healthier.
  • Do you offer virtual consultations?
    Yes! I provide both in-person (if applicable) and virtual consultations, so you can receive expert nutrition guidance from anywhere.
  • What certifications and training do you have?
    I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a thesis, as well as a Master of Science (MSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics with a thesis. Both of my diploma supplement models were developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and UNESCO/CEPES, ensuring a globally recognized and high-standard education. To deepen my understanding of energy metabolism, I completed a HarvardX course and earned a certification in Cell Biology: Mitochondria. Currently, I am further expanding my expertise by pursuing a Health and Wellness Coaching certification from Emory University. My continuous learning allows me to combine scientific knowledge with practical strategies to help my clients achieve sustainable health and well-being.
